- Information you send by email, WhatsApp or over the phone.
- Minimal technical information (IP address, browser type) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.
- Analytics cookies, only if you give consent through the cookie banner.
3. Lawful basis
- Legitimate interest - to respond to enquiries you have sent us.
- Consent - for any non-essential cookies, set only after you click "Accept" on the banner.
- Legal obligation - to retain records where required (e.g. tax or sale records).
4. Cookies
We use a single cookie / localStorage entry to remember your cookie preference. No analytics or marketing scripts run unless you accept them. You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. The map on our Visit page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies if you interact with it.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them, plus a short period afterwards (typically 12 months). After that they are deleted unless we are required to keep them by law.
7. Your rights
